On July 11, 2018 I went on record at BMC Central PRO SE. Since then, I've been refused a copy of the Commonwealth's file, because after 7 "public defenders" I've never seen one document to support I have ever been charged with any crime, let alone witetapping a murder confession.  Yet, as of this date....Suffolk County DAs Office continues to refuse to communicate with me, and have refused to produce any document the Commonwealth has charged me. See the 2 letters signed for by the Suffolk County DAs Office....one year ago I went on record I am branded as a material witness and I'm being retaliated against.  Still.

So, I was charged under the State wiretapping laws. Publicly the Suffolk County DAs Office claims I wiretapped a federal agent. Publicly. Wonder why the ACLU turned me away... rhetorical question. Aren't I one of those 11 or 9 cases?
