So, I went to court on 2/26/19 & was in front of that POS Judge Richard Sinnott. He had me locked up for approximately 3 hours because I told Judge Sinnott I still haven't seen a copy of the case file, as he was scheduling trial a week away. On 3/5/19 I go into court. This new ADA Boutin, "I'm ready for TRIAL! I'M READY FOR TRIAL!" Shaddap maggot. You were not. LOSERBOY. It was a lame ass attempt to intimidate and threaten me. Forced me to get another Attorney. This one from the Public Defenders Office. So, I chat with the new public defender, we're going to communicate by email. I swear, she spammed me. She called my friend and said their computers are down for a week. Ok. So, I faxed her a letter.  I included screenshots. That says SPAM. Maybe that's the typical response, I don't know. But ok. So, she got the letter. I also faxed it to another fax nunenu, so there's no confusion.

What Judge Richard Sinnott did to me on Tuesday, February 26, 2019 was so bad, I alerted the US Attorneys Office. He'd be in PRISON already, but the US Attorneys Office has known all along what's been happening to me. If anyone read my blog about the 2 letters mailed to Suffolk County ADA BOUTIN, here's what happened and here's where we're at now.  I went to court on 1/7/19. Stood in front of Judge Tracy-Lee Lyons. ADA BOUTIN was there.  I tell Judge Tracy Lee Lyons, the Suffolk County DAs Office has repeatedly refused to communicate with me in 6 months, I've gone on record Pro Se twice, but still haventh seen that I was even charged. I repeated this over and over and over. Scumbag Judge Tracy-Lee Lyons attempted to tell me, "It's in the past. You're here now." Before my case was even called, I noticed that PIG, Attorney Meg Stanley was in the Courtroom with me. Oh REALLY? So, when ADA Boutin tried to disclose something to me, I told her....Suffolk County DAs Office already disclosed Information. Meg sat there hyperventilating saying no. On July 11, 2018 I went on record at BMC Central PRO SE. Since then, I've been refused a copy of the Commonwealth's file, because after 7 "public defenders" I've never seen one document to support I have ever been charged with any crime, let alone witetapping a murder confession.  Yet, as of this date....Suffolk County DAs Office continues to refuse to communicate with me, and have refused to produce any document the Commonwealth has charged me. See the 2 letters signed for by the Suffolk County DAs Office....one year ago I went on record I am branded as a material witness and I'm being retaliated against.  Still.

I turned over evidence on a drug cartel's gun trafficking So the dirty public officials, cops & agents are retaliating against me for it out of BMC CENTRAL, and it's why they publicly branded me as a SNITCH on Mass Most Wanted. My text to FBI Agent Mark Hastbacka We can't get the FBI or US Attorneys Office to give us a status of any ebidence Michael Gill & I have turned over. But they can trip over themselves to write a letter and disclose evidence on drug trafficking and money laundering to a SUSPECT OF.  They're releasing evidence  & Information that puts the lives of all FEDERAL WITNESSES/VICTIMS/INFORMANTS/LAW ENFORCEMENT against this MAGGOT at risk.

So, I was charged under the State wiretapping laws. Publicly the Suffolk County DAs Office claims I wiretapped a federal agent. Publicly. Wonder why the ACLU turned me away... rhetorical question. Aren't I one of those 11 or 9 cases?

I've been begging for years. So, I kept records of how many times I've begged for help.  Probably too late for me, they're Hell bent on causing me to suffer. But hopefully when I end up dead, and that appears to be inevitable....the complete failure of law enforcement from every level is fully exposed and no other victim will ever have to suffer the loss of their lives JUST FOR GOING TO THEM FOR HELP. Nobody will have to beg a JUDGE to help them, just to have that Judge's husband go on to engage in retaliating against a witness like Judge Eleanor Sinnott's husband did to me. No defendant will have to worry about public defenders setting them up like the 7 I had do to me, well documented and confessed to.  Every attorney who has sat in the courtroom and witnessed what happens to me should all be disbarred for life. For public protection. 

Wonder what they're reading.....this is what Attorney Bob Solomon sent into the BBO. That the Suffolk County DAs Office alerted them.  I was posting Bob Solomon's emails, about my telling Judge Eleanor Sinnott about being branded as a material witness on Mass Most Wanted and being retaliated again, and Attorney Meg Stanley allowing the Suffolk County DAs Office to fabricate Information and how they're allowing my accuser, Steven Rand to impersonate various law enforcement and threatening me with being stabbed to death. All documented and CONFESSED TO by them. Where's the Court's file?7 public pretenders, I haven't even seen the charges against me. 

Went out today. Nobody is playing with these criminals. I have been outright refused a copy of the file from the ClerksC office and from the Suffolk County DAs Office.  This letter was already signed for. Still no file, yet they just keep this threat haningh over my head.
