Attorney Walsh walked over to that drug dealer Boston Police Det Dave Cataldo and they were laughing like attacking me was FUNNY.
While standing in front of that scumbag loon Judge Sally Kelly, she mentions "other audio." What audio? Me recording myself leaving messages for Mass State Police Sgt Bob LaBarge about what he did with evidence I had given to them in connection to John & Geraldine Magee. ADA Whittenberg said, yeah she says something about murders. So they heard me leaving messages for the Mass State Police and the FBI begging for help. Unless they tampered with those records, there should be record from 3/23/17.

Keep in mind, my defense to these "wiretapping charges" is, Steven Rand used an FBI email address. Within this email he sent to me, he claims to be all kinds of law enforcement. He threatened to put a bullet in mu head on 6/20/16, 2 months after meeting with the Mass State Police to give them evidence connected to the murders of John & Geraldine Magee.
Attorney Noone is a former State Police Lieutenant turned scumbag attorney. He suddenly doesn't know it's a crime for someone to impersonate various law enforcement and threaten to murder someone.
June 23, 2017. Keep in mind, Conditions of Release were signed by Judge Sally Kelly on 3/23/17. She claims Steven Rand is with Federal Protective Services. He's accusing me of Wiretapping him, which led to this conversation right here. How come I don't have Steven Rand's ACTUAL IDENTITY? Wasn't he already Identified on those conditions of release dated 3/23/17? Because I was arrested on those conditions of release on 5/22/17 and that's the day this scumbag future federal inmate was appointed by that LOON Judge Sally Kelly. I was sent to South Bay for the night and bailed out the next day for $1,200. No conditions of release were ordered that day. Because I paid bail and there's nothing on my bail paperwork telling me if I didn't report to probation my bail would be revoked. This is relevant, because of what Meg Stanley tried to pull with me.
So, it should have just been a matter of obtaining the ID to match what's on those conditions of release. But he didn't. He said to me on 6/12/17, maybe Steven Rand was embarrassed about where he works and that's why he lied.

I could not confirm this Josh Goodwin is actually a Licensed Private Investigator with the Mass State Police. He refused to provide me with any information on payments for his services, no copies of checks, no invoice, no PI license number.
What did Josh Goodwin investigate? He didn't. He just took our statements and re-worded them.

I had the Mass Most Wanted printout with me, and because none of the 2 Attorneys following Meg Stanley would address any of the fabricated information...which includes a threat I'm going to be stabbed to death, after they terrorized me and threatened me to go into BOSTON EVERY 2 WEEKS while allowing my accuser, Steven Rand to impersonate various law enforcement during these proceedings....I hot desperate and told Judge Eleanor Sinnott I'm branded as a material witness on Mass Most Wanted and I'm being retaliated against. She had asked me why Attorney Bruce Carroll withdrew, and I told her because he refused to address the Suffolk County DAs Office fabricated information. Scumbag Bob Solomon jumped up and practically BEGGED to be my public defender.
There should be record with the court. Scumbag Bob Solomon took the printout and told Judge Eleanor Sinnott I'm posted as a material witness who has been captured on Mass Most Wanted. Judge Eleanor Sinnott said, on record she could only address it if it was part of this case. Bob Solomon said he'd "research it" and advise the court.
As soon as we left the courtroom, he immediately refused.
It says it right in the Mass Most wanted post. It says an active warrant for "Illegal Wiretapping." There was nothing to research. That's what they're using to string me along in court.
After Bob Solomon emailed me his withdrawal, he refused to submit it to the court. He lurked. He was waiting to attack me, by claiming he was acting as my Public Defender.

I filed a Waiver of Counsel AGAIN on 7/10/18, and appeared in court on 7/11/18 and went on record PRO SE. Judge Byrne appeared to have a genuine concern my rights would be protected and asked if he could assign a STANDBY ATTORNEY in case I had questions regarding case law or what motions to file. I felt a lot of respect for him for his concern and reluctantly accepted. However, I had no use for this scabby bitch and never once called her.
I was due back in court on 9/11/18, an starting on 7/13/18, I have gone above and beyond to get a copy of the file from the court.
As of this date, I have been outright refused a copy of the COMMONWEALTH'S FILE, showing the charges against me, the warrants I was arrested on, all motions filed on my behalf from these scumbag attorneys.....The Suffolk County DAs Office refuse to communicate with me at all. Yet, here's this useless scumbag Jillise McDuhnough threatening me with a third unlawful arrest.
