Since I was INTELLIGENT & COMPETENT ON 11/5/18, THEN I WAS INTELLIGENT & COMPETENT ALL ALONG.

Bob Solomon submitted his response to the BBO 4 months later. He claims he never researched the issue, because I refused to meet with him.

Did he maybe want to research it before he went on to attack me a month later?
