When the US Attorneys Office admits their security are criminals

I had been turning over evidence to the feds since 2014. Begging for help. I was attacked for doing so

I have been repeatedly threatened, harassed, stalked, attacked ever since.

So, I was unlawfully arrested on 3/22/17. I appear in court on 3/23/17 and I'm threatened the entire time, and threatened to sign conditions of release, where it identifies my accuser, Steven Rand as an employee with Federal Protective Services.

I took all the available information to the US Attorneys Office after I had been unlawfully arrested. This is the response we got back .they ADMIT their security has been engaging in criminal activity. But act like it's no big deal. He gets to continue to act criminally while having me TERRORIZED out of BMC CENTRAL.

I've been threatened with being gassed. I've been threatened with being raped. I've been threatened with being stabbed to death. I've been threatened with a bullet to my head and here's the fucking US Attorneys Office saying they're going to destroy all evidence after a year. That's over a year ago.

Turns out, I'm told Steven Rand IS NOT with Federal Protective Services. I don't know. He's never been IDd .










The security for the FBI have continuously denied victims the right to speak to a federal agent. They hand out business cards and tell people to call. When you call, they mock you. They laugh at you. They hang up on you. They tell you they'll call you back and you never hear from anyone. 

Next thing you know, you end up dead after being set up out of a state court so the feds can pretend they didn't know. 

Not in my fucking case.

November 5, 2018, when I was threatened to run into BMC Central like a GOOD LITTLE VICTIM, just to go on record PRO SE A SECOND TIME, Judge Sally Kelly said I'm Intelligent & Competent. Since I was INTELLIGENT & COMPETENT ON 11/5/18, THEN I WAS INTELLIGENT & COMPETENT ALL ALONG. Bob Solomon submitted his response to the BBO 4 months later.
