I was told I was arrested on a default warrant when I was arrested on 3/22/17. The default warrant doesn't exist. There was no service of a summons for a default warrant to be issued.
On 2/5/17, Boston Police Det Dave Cataldo branded me PUBLICLY as a Material Witness on Mass Most Wanted, and he emailed me the link.
After 4 of 5 public defenders refused to address I'm branded as a material witness and I'm being retaliated against, as well as the fabricated Information the Suffolk County DAs Office gave one of my "public pretenders," I tried to seek help from Judge Eleanor Sinnott, who seemed like a very kind person, which is why I spoke up in court on 12/27/17. I told her I was branded as a material witness on Mass Most Wanted and I'm being retaliated against. Attorney Bob Solomon jumped up and volunteered to represent me. Judge Eleanor Sinnott told him she could only address it if it were part of this docket.
Immediately upon leaving the courtroom on 12/27/17, Bob Solomon REFUSED. This continued on. I requested a copy of the Court's file from him, specifically the signed Default Warrant issued by Judge Michael Coyne. The response to this email ...Attorney Bob Solomon emailed me his withdrawal. The date of this email is 1/1/18 and you can view my email and his response accusing me of refusing to meet with him.
When an attorney emails you their withdrawal, whether they submit it to the court or not, is irrelevant. He admits to doing no representation. But these scumbags were having delusions being appointed to represent someone gives them absolute rights to what happens to that person. That's a lie, and I hope people don't actually believe that.
Attorney Bob Solomon refused to submit his withdrawal to the court, he showed up on 2/6/18 and he attacked me and threatened me, right in front of Judge Summerville and the Suffolk County DAs Office. That's another post. I ended up filing a BBO complaint against Bob Solomon, and he admits I did tell the COURT I am branded as a Material Witness on Mass Most Wanted who had been CAPTURED. He claims the only reason he never addressed it is because I refused to meet with him. Again, please review the email I sent him on 1/1/18 giving him THREE DATES.
A lot of BS has taken place in between. I was appointed a 7th public defender on 3/20/18 by Judge Richard Sinnott. I'll be honest, I've seen this kid in court representing others and he seemed like a really good Attorney. I met with him and he seemed like a decent human being. I'm not even bothering to get into what he did in this blog post. But his actions led to my being threatened. He blatantly lied to me via email.
So, on July 10, 2018, I filed a Waiver of Counsel and went on record in front of Judge Byrne as PRO SE on 7/11/18. I also filed a Motion to Dismiss on the unlawful arrest on 3/22/17 claiming there was a default warrant. Attorney Jillise McDonough was assigned as a stand by Attorney, and a stand by Attorney is ONLY to assist, they don't represent anyone. I had no use for her. But reluctantly accepted because Judge Byrne appeared to have concern my rights would be protected. That's a joke, because this scumbag Jillise McDuhnough did everything BUT.
On July 13, 2018 I went into the clerk's office at BMC CENTRAL to get a copy of the file, and the skank refused to provide me with a copy.
For 2 months, I called ADA Brian Spring and recorded each time I left him a voicemail alerting him the Clerk's Office refused me a copy of the Commonwealth's file. The one the clerk's office had was a thin file with a few loose papers in it. Not the same file each judge I've stood in front of was flicking through. So, to date, I haven't seen one court document to show I was ever charged with Wiretapping.
Again, a bunch of BS in between 7/11/18 until 9/11/18. I show up in court on 9/11/18, and little scumbag ADA Brian Spring tells Judge Sally Kelly that he never bothered to call me back in 2 months, because he wasn't sure if he'd be violating his ethics because I had a stand by Attorney. This is the biggest load of BS, but try telling that SCUMBAG that. However, I watched them play games that day, and ADA Brian Spring claimed he was prepared to argue my motion to dismiss that day...even though he was aware I hadn't even seen one court document. We scheduled it for a motion hearing for 11/1/18.
After leaving court on 9/11/18, I called Jillise McDonough and told her to screw. If her being assigned as a stand by Attorney was going to be used as an excuse for the Suffolk County DAs Office to not communicate with me, BYE SKANK!
Between 9/11/18 & the end of October 2018, I again attempted to obtain a copy of the file in order to prepare for my defense, I was repeatedly ignored. So, I withdrew my motion. We were not allowing scumbag Judge Sally Kelly or any other Judge to FAKE court order away 2 unlawful arrests. Either the rules of criminal procedure were followed, specifically RULE 6, or they were not. There doesn't appear to have been any actual attempt to have me served with a summons on 2 occasions to appear for a Clerk Magistrate hearing for 9/19/16, and then an arraignment on 10/21/16. I saw 2 envelopes that appear to have been undeliverable, but still haven't seen any summons.
So, I withdrew my motion because they're not fake court ordering away 2 unlawful arrests. I faxed that information, and I was told by Benjamin Nunes at the clerk's office nothing was scheduled for 11/1/18, because I withdrew my motion.
I called the clerk's office in 11/2/18, and I was told they went ahead with the hearing. And Jillise McDonough was the Attorney representing me. So I called this scumbag. No call back. Still no call from ADA Brian Spring.
Imagine my surprise when I got this letter via email on Sunday, 11/4/18 telling me ADA Brian Spring, after repeatedly refusing to communicate with me for FOUR MONTHS was now threatening me with a THIRD unlawful arrest. He refused to communicate with me as a Pro Se defendant for 4 months, calls this pig Jillise McDonough, threatens me with being arrested on a default warrant, and I still haven't seen one court document.
Jillise McDonough waited until Sunday to threaten me that if I did not run into court like a good little VICTIM the next day, I'm going to be attacked. All could have been avoided if she emailed me on 10/30/18....I could have appeared on 11/1/18. This scumbag claims she tried to call me but my voicemail was full. That's a lie, however if this pig could email me on Sunday, 11/4/18 to threaten me, she most certainly could have emailed me on 10/30/18 when she states ADA Brian Spring called her and had ex parte communication about my case. I'm a PRO SE DEFENDANT.
The Judge Jillise McDonough mentions in her letter to me, threatening me with being attacked a 3rd time is said to be Judge Eleanor Sinnott. I don't know. There wasn't supposed to be a hearing. But that's what this scumbag said
So, I run into court on 11/5/18 like a GOOD LITTLE VICTIM. I had no idea why I was there or who the hell these scumbags think they are threatening me. Now there's a new SCUMBAG ADA. ADA CHRIS BOUTIN. I asked this loserw what I was there for, and the little inbred looking bitch snaps at me and says I CAN'T TALK TO YOU. I'm a pro se defendant. Ok.
So what ended up happening that day is scumbag Judge Sally Kelly has me go on record a SECOND TIME as PRO SE. I was already pro se. Then she proceeded to tell me what they're going to do to me is IRREVERSIBLE.
So, I waited almost a whole month. Still no communication from scumbag ADA Boutin. Still haven't seen the Court's file.
I told Judge Eleanor Sinnott on 12/27/17 that I am branded as a material witness on Mass Most Wanted and I'm being retaliated against, IN FRONT OF the scumbag Suffolk County DAs Office. All I have documented is EVIDENCE fully supporting it.
Yet, they've continued to retaliate against me and the outcome, according to that nasty bitch Judge Sally Kelly....it's going to be irreversible.
Been four years of turning over evidence to the FBI and US Attorneys Office. For doing so, I have suffered. And they're hell bent on making sure it's as painful as possible.
